For Staff: To encourage the staff to acquire higher qualifications the management sponsor the faculty for higher studies on study leave with full pay. Many cash incentives are announced for staff.

- 20,000/- to the concerned department for producing a Ph.D.
- 50,000/- cash award to the department on producing a University Gold Medalist student.
- 1,000/- cash award to every faculty who produces 100% result in his subject in any semester.
- 10,000/- cash award to the department on producing highest result in any semester / year.
- Free accommodation for Associate Professors and Professors in the college campus.
- Registration fee for attending seminars/workshops /conferences to present technical papers any where in the country/abroad to encourage the research activity.
