| Freshers day PANACHE-2011 |
SRIT celebrated “PANACHE-2011”a Fresher’s day party on 24-9-2011 from evening 6pm. In this occasion the senior students gave a grand welcome to the 2011 batch fresher’s. The program was graced by the chief guest Mr.Govindha Rajulu, Director of Foreign Affairs & Alumni, JNTU Anantapur and the guest of honor Mr.Gurunath Babu, C.I as Police, Itukalapali. On this occasion, the chief guest addressed the students and asked the senior students to behave in a friendly manner with juniors and they should guide, support and help them in all ways, the guest of honor told about causes and effects of ragging and told them to Utilize their four years of valuable time in molding their carrier in a bright way. The principal Mr. Ranga Reddy informed about the various Facilities and Benefits offered by the college. The chief guest and vice principal Mr.V.Srinivasa Reddy Distributed prizes to winners and runners. The gathering was more colorful with the cultural events which were attracted every one and it was a night of joy.
