| SRIT in a span of 4 years the institution has created excellent infrastructure and attracted talented professionals to achieve its objectives. Well qualified, experienced and dedicated teaching faculties are here to guide the engineering aspirants to become technocrats. The college has about 13,000 Sq.m of built up area for all the lecture halls, laboratories, and engineering workshop, library, hostels etc.
CLASSROOMS:
The classrooms are more spacious and well ventilated. And are equipped with wide benches for comfortable listening. All classrooms are provided with ceiling fans and tube-lights.
VISUAL AIDS:
To improve teaching and learning process we are planning to convert all classrooms into E-classrooms by providing a Digital Light Projector and a Computer in each classroom.
LABORATORIES
All Laboratories including engineering workshops are equipped with sufficient and quality equipment.
RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES:
Separate Boys and Girls Hostels are constructed within the campus. Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian food is served. Full time duty wardens are appointed to maintain discipline and to attend the needs of the inmates. To preserve the academic atmosphere study hours are also organized. Hot water with the help of the solar system is provided to the residents.
ONLINE ATTENDANCE:
Monthly attendance of students is placed on our college website to enable the parents to login to the website and verify the attendance of their ward. This has been proved very useful and we are receiving good response from the students and parents which in turn boosts over all discipline.
CANTEEN:
We have well furnished canteen facility with in the reach to cater the needs of the students and staff. Lunch is supplied at subsidized rates.
TRANSPORT:
Well maintained transportation with a fleet of 14 buses is available, punctually transporting day-scholars and staff to the college from Anantapur and Tadipatri at nominal charges. No student / staff is allowed to travel by any other mode of transport except college buses.
STD/ISD/INTERCOMAND INTERNET FACILITIES:
Public STD/ISTD telephone facility is made available both at college and hostels separately.
STORES:
Student Cooperative Stores are established within the campus where all the things like books, notebooks other stationery items are available at reasonable rates.
SPORTS:
We have sufficient play-ground to cater the recreational needs of the students. Indoor game facilities are also available.
MEDICAL FACILITY:
SRIT extended parental care when a student feels ill. Part-time male and female doctors are employed to monitor the health of the students on a regular basis. |
