AIM:
The term College Social Responsibility, is explained as the capacity of higher Education Institution to disseminate and implement a set of Principles, general & specific values aimed at enhancing the education and social challenges of the society.Vision:
The Vision is to build the youth with the mind and Spirit to serve the Society & work for the Social Uplift of the down-trodden masses of our Nation as a movement.OUR MISSION:
The Program aims to instilling the idea of social welfare in students & to provide service to society without bias. NSS volunteers work to ensure that everyone who is needy gets help to enhance their standard living & lead life of dignity.
Objectives:
- To inculcate social awareness, values, & Environmentally responsible behavior amongst the students.
- To Nurture students as Socially, responsible Citizens by inculcating Moral& Ethical Values.
- To motivate students towards Community service & make them, to discharge their duties towards the society.
- To develop among themselves a sense of Social Responsibility towards Society.
- To develop and initiate collaborations with Stakeholders for strategic inventions in the community in the area of Health, Education, Community development and Environment.
- To encourage Philanthropy, amongst the student’s body including volunteering, students-led-charity fundraisers & Community projects.
- To conceptualize policies & initiatives, in order to commit Social Responsibility Values.
- To motivate students to work in teams and take the responsibilities, to develop personally and professionally, in their carriers.
